MEET JENNIFER

Hi. My name is Jennifer Irvine.  I’m great at bringing order to complexity and have been referred to by my clients as their ‘small business therapist’.

The best way to start working with me is to have a conversation.

The WHY behind what I do

Our company slogan “Be Heavy-Duty” isn’t just about the trucking industry. My experience has mostly been in other blue-collar industries. However, the principles of hard work, integrity and resilience are the same.

When Jamie and I first started out in business, we needed to make a living for our family, and we worked hard. Along the way though, we had to learn how to run a business together, how to utilize each other’s strengths and how to deal with pitfalls along the way.  I want to use my experience to help guide other heavy-duty, hard-working people as they make a living for their families in a stressful world.

The best way to start working with me is to have a conversation.

What kind of heavy-duty companies do I work with?

  • Small Businesses in the Trades
  • Mobile Service Providers
  • Owner-Operators

Many tradespeople, mobile service providers, and owner-operators are excellent technicians, but struggle with the business side of running their company. The business set up, bookkeeping, operations and systems can be very overwhelming. I can help.

Small Business Advisor
(aka Small Business Therapist)

  • Get More Done. Having an advisor who can remind you of the most important things and help you organize your overwhelming pile of to-dos into an actionable priority list saves you time and money.
  • Lower Your Stress. Sometimes what you need to do in business is not complicated, but it is hard. Just talking things through with someone you know you can trust will lower your stress. Making good decisions and being successful can also lower your stress.
  • Stay On Track. Just as a personal trainer can help you stay on track with fitness goals, I can help you stay motivated and on track with what you need to do in your business by serving as an accountability partner.
  • Avoid Common Mistakes. My experience and objective viewpoint can help you to take some of the emotion out of your business decisions and evaluate them in a better way. You will be able to make better decisions and avoid common mistakes.

You’ll be in good company:
